Hanukkah 2017 Wrap-Up
Hanukkah has come and gone. It was filled with lights, a few gifts, a couple of laughs, but mostly good food over the eight nights. Here are a few of the highlights from my Hanukkah dinners.
Long Island Duck Breast with Potato Purée, Sauteed Wild Mushrooms and Chestnuts, Cherry Demi-Glace
2000 Château Brane-Cantenac with Côte de Boeuf
Crispy Salmon with Sauteed Shaved Brussels Sprouts and Mustard Cream Sauce.
...and of course, Latkes
