Paris Me Manque

Paris has been in the news a lot lately for the horrible terrorist attacks that have taken place. It's scary looking at the map and realizing just how close they were to where I lived, the Charlie Hebdo office just steps away from where I went shopping at the market twice weekly. Hearing the news was both shocking and saddening, it feels like a lot of the magic and beauty of "my city" has faded. Hopefully, just temporarily. As stupid as it sounds, the only thing I can think to do is cook the foods that remind me of my time in Paris. I loved it, never took it for granted, and hope to go back again soon. Paris me manque.
