Quiet down, quiet down everyone, I have an announcement to make. It is with a heavy heart that I am writing this, but soon I will be leaving Paris to start a new chapter in New York, cooking and playing music. That means that I have left my work of cooking for the embassy here in Paris and will be passing it on to one of the most talented cooks I know, who I'm sure is going to be great. I have cooked and served my final embassy meal before my triumphant return to the states and I wanted to share some pictures from the last lunch. What an incredible experience it has been.
